Poulet Rouge Masson

Atelier du Chef is incredibly proud to have had the opportunity to design the commercial kitchen of the Poulet Rouge restaurant located on Masson Street in Montreal. We worked closely with the owners and chefs of the restaurant to design a kitchen that met their specific needs, while creating a functional and aesthetic space.

By carefully studying the work processes of the kitchen team, an efficient and practical workspace was developed, taking into account equipment and storage needs. Additionally, the selection of materials to ensure durability and ease of maintenance for the kitchen was a top priority.

The aesthetic aspect of the kitchen was also a central element of our design approach. We created a workspace that reflects the image and ambiance of the restaurant, while also being enjoyable for the staff.

We are thrilled to see the kitchen of the Poulet Rouge restaurant in action and to know that our work has contributed to the success of the business. It is a great source of pride for us to have played a role in creating such a quality culinary establishment in Montreal.
