Make your own dry-aged deli meats with this German-made UX 750 PRO dry aging cabinet from DRYAGER. Intended for professional use, the unit is designed for the production of aged meat, charcuterie, as well as for producing and storing of cheese in foodservice, hospitality, retail and food processing industries. It comes with a free XL accessory package including everything you need to get started such as 1 hanger, 1 full shelf, 1 bottom shelf, 1 SALTAIR tray and 2 swivel hook.

UX 750 PRO dry aging cabinet can hold up to 44 lb of product. The stainless steel housing and door ensure durability and easy cleaning. The electronic controller manages the temperature range in 0.1°F increments from 32°F to 77°F. The steady electronic humidity controller control humidity from 60% to 90% without external water supply while the SALTAIR system add more taste with SALTAIR salt blocks. UX AIRREG ensure optimal air quality through optimal airflow and sterilization with an UVC system. The antibacterial inner layer ensures an absolute hygiene by killing bacterias and germs immediately and, combined with the organic dry ager special cleaner provides food safety.
