Wash and sanitize your dishes and glasses with the Hobart Advansys LXeR-2 undercounter dishwasher. It is certified Energy Star with a low water consumption of 0.62 gal US per rack. The light load cycle can handle up to 30 racks per hours, the normal load cycle washes up to 24 racks per hour, and the heavy load washes 13 racks per hour. It is the perfect unit for the high-volume of a restaurant kitchen. The Sense-A-Temp electric booster heater raises the temperature of water to a minimum of 180°F. By reducing the liquid detergent and rinse agent, the booster heater represents a considerable economy. The heat energy is recovered from the condensation of vapors in the chamber at the end of each cycle. This pre-heats the water for the next rinse cycle from 55°F up to 140°F. The digital display let you know when it is necessary to refill the cleaning products and when it is necessary to empty the tank bottom screen. It also indicates when a descaling is required. It is possible to stop the cycle at any time by opening the door and it will continue when the door is closed. This unit is a hot water sanitizing and energy recovery unit that work on 120V or 208/240V.
