This countertop steamer is ideal for 50-100 seat restaurants, supermarket or seafood department. The boiler-free steam cooking system uses a generator to produce more steam, more quickly for maximum performance. This unit can hold 3 full-size steam pans of 2½" deep.
Well-Designed Door
The left-hinged door has a two-piece compartment and a reversible gasket for leak-proof, airtight seal.
