This countertop warmer from Nemco accepts a 12x20 inch full-size pan or fractional size pans.
It is ideal to add side dishes and entrées to existing service line or buffet, for caterers or to create an entirely new temporary service lines. It allows greater menu flexibility and the ability to respond efficiently to changing menu requirements.
The reliable adjustable thermostat helps ensure that food held in serving lines is always within food safety temperature guidelines. The unique heating element design provides even heat distribution to prevent “hot spots".
The well is made from Heavy-duty stainless steel. The case have an aesthetically pleasing finish for better presentation look. The outside surface temperature stay cool (never above 134°F) to be safe for service.
