The Hatco FSHC-6W Flav-R-Savor® Heated Holding Cabinet is a unique model with one door designed to be used under the counter. It is versatile and can holds bread, meat, vegetables, etc. The cabinet is equipped with 6 pairs of tray slide. These tray slide can hold large size food pans and gastronorm pans.
Thermostatically-controlled heat and humidity holds hot food at optimum serving temperatures longer. The cabinet comes with four casters that are field removable so you can make it fixed or stack one on top of another.
