Keep soups, sauces and other liquids warm with this Vollrath 11 qt. Drop-In induction rethermalizer. It doesn't need to be refilled with water because with induction the heat is transferred directly to the inset. It has 800W of heating power to make sure it can reheat your stored food quickly. The 3 sensors are making sure that the temperature is always accurate to ensure a maximum food quality and prevent burning. And a LED indicator lets you know when the inset's contents need to be stirred.
