The SP5Q mixer from Globe, builted in rigid cast iron with front-mounted controls, is made to accept the large load from commercial kitchens. With 800W power, the mixer has 10 speeds to accomodates to any types of preparation. It comes with a 5 quart polished stainless steel bowl, a stainless steel flat beater, a stainless steel wire whip, a stainless steel dough hook and a polycarbonate splash cover. The stainless steel bowl guard with fully welded on ingredient chute can easily be removed for an easy clean-up.
The motor has an high-torque transmission to provide power and optimum efficiency. The mixer is also protected from thermal overload.
