Danesco V-Blade mandoline is versatile and slices fruits and vegetables with ease. The mandoline comes with the straight, wavy and julienne blades. The comfortable food holder protects hands while slicing and the non-slip foot too. The body is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended for blades.
The mandoline has four easily adjustable slice thickness settings : 1.5 mm, 3 mm, 4.5 mm and 6 mm
