Globe - 14 in. Manual Slicer

Globe G14-Q manual gravity feed slicer is a tremendous choice for operations that require moderate slicing. With a motor of 1/2 HP, it can hgandle approximately 6 hours of cutiing meat and 4 hours of cutting cheese per day with 0 to 9/16" slice thickness. Its 14" (355 mm) hollow ground knife is made from a hard chromed sprecial alloy making it more durable and easy to sharpen.

Large food carriage
The spacious food carriage is installed at a 35° angle and accommodates product as large as 9.75" X 11.5" X 10.125". The home position chute interlock and the ball bearing system ensures smooth and easy movement for added security.

Safe usage
The slicer has many security features. A power indicator light indicates when the unit is on and the motor has overload protection with manual reset. Also, no voltage release relay system. A rubber boot protects switch from moisture for long lasting. The knife ring guard is permanently attached and the knife cover interlock. The polycarbonate finger guard is durable.
