The 4 1/2" one-piece, ergonomic nylon-covered handle is completely sealed to ensure sanitary conditions. Heat resistant up to 475°F, the handle has a knob end on the handle to prevent slippage and comes with a comfortable, sure grip nubs. The piano style wires are fine and designed for mixing or aerating thinner food products. Made of 18-8 stainless steel, they resist corrosion and rusting with a center reinforcement wire to eliminate bending, twisting and deforming.
