This 18" x 26" Ultimate Sheet Pan from Cambro can holds up to 40 full size or 80 half size sheet pans. The shelves are spaced 1½" apart to allow for quick loading and unloading. The rack is designed from the same durable, rust proof material as the Elements Series Camshelving. Featuring heat-resistant rails that can accept a sheet pan straight from a 350°F (176°C) oven, ideal for limited space and high-volume restaurants. Easily maneuver the rack from a cooler to your kitchen and around your busy commercial environment with the help of the 4 included non-marking plastic casters.
