Delfield 18672PDLP 72" two door refrigerated pizza prep table combines everything you need to make a delicious pizza. The table can hold up to (18) 1/3 size pans (sold separately) in the dual LiquiTec raised rails. The rails works with LiquiTec cooling technology, a unique system which works by using a permanently sealed fluid jacket to surround the pan, instead of relying on just refrigeration lines or cold air.The rail's refrigeration system operates independently of the table's refrigerated cabinet, and maintains temperatures between 33°F and 41°F (1°C-5°C). Both top and sides are made from durable stainless steel to stand up to the rigor of day to day use. The unit is mechanically cooled. The refrigerator has 2 epoxy-coated wire shelves to keep extra toppings close at hand. The base interior is covered of ABS plastic for an easy cleaning.
