Keep an extra blade assembly on hand to quickly swap out blades during busy times or use this assembly to convert any other Insta Slice unit to a 3/16" scalloped cut when paired with the appropriate pusher head (sold separately).

Featuring the largest slicing area, this slicer's thermoset blade frames never need to be adjusted and remain resistant to corrosion, even when regularly exposed to acidic foods. Each scalloped blade is designed to pierce the food's skin before the rest of the blade makes contact to make slicing easier and to keep from smashing the product. The blades also pop in and out for easy cleaning.
