Safely cut your food with the San Jamar Saf-T-Grip 12" x 18" brown cutting board. Designed to minimize foodborne illnesses by promoting superior safety and sanitation, this item is the perfect addition to any busy commercial kitchen. Constructed of a durable co-polymer blend, this board provides superior heat, chemical, and warp resistance in commercial dishwashers. This cutting board is made to help limit unwanted knife dulling, but tough enough to prevent unsafe cut-grooving where dirt and bacteria can hide. This board also features non-slip grips on the corners which eliminate the need to use an unsanitary towel to prevent your cutting board from sliding around on the counter. For additional convenience, this board features an embossed ruler with both inch and centimeter graduations to aid in measuring and portioning. This brown board is designed to help prevent cross contamination. As part of a color-coded system, it can be used specifically for cooked meats, and it will comply with the USDA's Hazard Analysis and HACCP program. Thanks to the patented hook, you can easily carry this board around the kitchen and hang it for safe drying and storage.
