Ideal for deboning, skinning and cutting out tendons and fat and to cut next to the bone raw meat thanks to its pointed blade, the Sanelli Premana Professional 5½" (14 cm) narrow boning knife is perfect for commercial kitchen. Its extremely hard blade has a good degree of flexibility and a great cutting power with a lasting keen edge. The profile of the cutting edge is specifically designed for professional use. The blade's convex shape guarantees effective support whenever the user has to apply considerable force. It does not chip and is really easy to sharpen.

The ergonomic double-molded handle is made with anti-slip non-toxic material with Biomaster additive. The ergonomic shape of the handle guarantees a significant reduction in user fatigue. The handle's soft but slightly rough surface makes it non-slip grip. This makes it easier and much safer to use. The materials used is resistant to sudden changes in temperature (from -40°C to 150°C), to corrosive agents and to detergents. This means that the knife can be washed in the dishwasher and sterilised, a further guarantee of absolute hygiene. The handle is perfectly balanced with the blade. The green colored handle makes the knife immediately visible on the worktop, increasing safety at work.
