Ensure the HACCP is respected with the Cooper-Atkins digital cooking thermometer with probe. This thermometer reads the internal cooking temperatures while being outside the oven. Simply close the 44" long heat-resistant, silicone-jacketed cable of the probe in the door of the oven to keep the probe inside the food and the rest of the thermometer outside the oven. No need to open the door to monitor the temperature of the food helping to retain hot air inside the oven and promoting energy efficiency and productivity while preventing heat loss. The thermometer's magnetic back allows it to mount to the exterior of the oven easily.

The thermometer is also capable of tracking the cooling rate of the food to ensure that food cools down safely. Its temperature range from -25° to 392°F (0°C to 200°C) with an accuracy of +/- 2°F ensures a right management of the temperature.

The large 2¼" X 1¼" LCD display is easy to read. It is also easy to use thanks to its three readout options: actual temperature, pre-set temperature, and timer countdown. The timer can be set up to 23 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds. A memory feature reduces the time spent programming the settings before each use. When food reaches the pre-set time or temperature, the thermometer sounds a loud 80 dB alarm and an LED light flashes.

Designed for commercial use, the thermometer is made from durable ABS plastic housing and is waterproof. A wall-mount bracket, wire hanger, magnet, and rubberized feet all make it easy to place wherever needed. When finished using the tool, the probe conveniently slides into a slot on the rear of the housing, which helps keep it safe and protected. Perfect for roasting meat or making yogurt, the thermometer is intelligent, precise and convenient.
