Cooper-Atkins - Infrared/Probe Thermometer with Alarm (40°F to 392°F) (40°C to 200°C)

Quickly monitor the temperature of your different surfaces with the Cooper-Atkins Dualtemp2 infrared & probe thermometer. The infrared thermometer will provide immediate surface reading by simply pointing the laser directly at an area. It is perfect to monitor the food in display cases, salad bars, buffets, and serving lines without touching the food or creating cross-contamination. The LCD screen provides two temperature readings simultaneously and the thermometer is equipped with a retractable probe to measure internal temperatures of meat and other food. An alarm inform you when the temperature is too high or to low. The thermometer requires a 9V battery (included) and can be store into its storage pouch.
