Located on Saint-Jean Street, the latest project by chef Arnaud Marchand and his partner Pierre Gagnon offers a menu featuring local products that are perfectly harmonized with the wine list carefully concocted with the help of sommelier Kim Colonna .
Atelier du Chef was selected for the planning, production and production of the kitchen and the bar with a completely modular custom-made piece signed Angelik.
