The Vollrath Super Pan V 1/8 size full lid is designed to be loose-fitting so you can easily lift it off the pan and then replace it later. This lid is conceived for use with Vollrath Super Pans (sold separately). This lid is built to last through heavy commercial use. By using a cover with your food pans, you can keep your food hot or cold for longer periods of time while also preventing contamination.
