Pitco - Oil Transport Cart

The FATVAT cart from Pitco is a simple, safe, and sanitary solution to dispose of used waste oil from your commercial fryer. With 40 pound capacity, the cart safely transport used shortening, which reduces the likelihood of oil spills that could otherwise harm your staff. The 2-wheel light weight frame makes rolling the unit from place-to-place easy, and the built-in front legs allow it to stand independently. When you finish emptying the container, a spring loaded, hinged cover keeps the lid securely in place.

Easy 3 Step Disposal System:

1. Lay Fat Vat under fryer positioned to receive waste shortening from the drain valve.
2. Attach drain nipple to the fryer and open valve to drain waste.
3. Roll Fat Vat to waste disposal container and hook lid lip on container and empty.
