Vollrath - Tribute 12 in. Fry Pan

Ideal for commercial kitchen high volume, this frying pan features gently sloped sides that are perfect for turning, flipping, and removing food from the pan. It boasts 3-ply construction: stainless steel inside and outside for flavor neutrality and an impact-resistant 3004 aluminum alloy core for even heat distribution. The aluminum core expands throughout the entire pan, eliminating hots spots and providing even heating on both the sides and bottom of the pan. These material allows the pan to be used on gas, electric, and induction ranges.

This pan also boasts a smooth, uncoated satin finish that allows for better browning and searing of foods making cooking with oil and grease a breeze. The black TriVent silicone handle is heat-resistant up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and is riveted to the body of the pan at two separate points in order to provide you with a sturdy, durable connection that won't come loose or break off over time.
