Delfield 18672PTBM 72" two door refrigerated pizza prep table combines everything you need to make a delicious pizza. The table can hold up to (9) 1/3 size pans (sold separately) recessed 2" and has a tablet. The rail's refrigeration system operates independently of the table's refrigerated cabinet, and maintains temperatures between 33°F and 41°F (1°C-5°C). Both top and sides are made from durable stainless steel to stand up to the rigor of day to day use. The unit is mechanically cooled. The refrigerator has a capacity of 18.10ft³ and 2 epoxy-coated wire shelves to keep extra toppings close at hand. The base interior is covered of ABS plastic for an easy cleaning.
