Made from a heat-resistant polypropylene construction, it ensures that this tray will withstand temperatures up to 187°F, further increasing its versatility and facilitating easy cleaning in a warewashing machine. When not in use, this tray is designed with four stacking lugs molded into the bottom of each tray to stack with similar trays to speed up drying and prevent sticking.
