It heats quickly and evenly for superior browning. It also makes a unique serving piece for tabletop presentation. The pan is made with pre-seasoned PFOA/PTFE free natural, easy-release finish that improves with use. It is coated with protective wax to prevent rusting before first use. The thick pan body keeps the pan from warping during use. It is oven safe up to 200°C (392°F). For added durability, the two handles are fully riveted.
