Le Boréal's ambiance is both elegant and welcoming, creating the ideal setting for a romantic dinner, a business meeting or a family celebration. The establishment succeeds in being a family restaurant, a steak house and a gourmet restaurant all rolled into one. It therefore needed a multipurpose kitchen to meet all these specific needs. The Atelier du Chef team was up to the challenge!

The kitchen
